An interview with Dan Cunningham, chairman of the Festival of Lights, and Doug McCarty, head of operations for the parade and for Winter Wonderland.
We introduce the show's topic, the Festival of Lights celebration in East Peoria, and interview two of the top people leading the celebration, Dan Cunningham and Doug McCarty. We talk about the history of the celebration and also about the nuts and bolts of it, or in this case, the number of lights used, the type of lights, etc. Also included is Kevin Kizer's literary segment.
